- Can I make an exchange or return an item for a refund?
Yes, we're happy to exchange or process a refund for any item that you order.
If the item is a garment, please make sure that it hasn't been worn (other than to try it on!) or washed.
If it is a CD or any other sealed item, please make sure that it hasn't been opened.
If you are unsure whether or not you can return an item or if you want to check and see if we have the size that you want, please feel free to email us
To return the item for refund or exchange:
1) Include packing slip, copy of the packing slip, or printed email invoice with written exchange or refund instructions.

You are responsible for shipping back to us; we will not charge you for the additional shipping. We will ship back via UPS ground or U.S. Postal service.

- We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service, which helps to keep it affordable. We always ship posters in a poster tube (we are anti poster folding). Below is a list of flat rate shipping costs for international customers:

- I'm an international customer, how do I determine the currency conversion rate?
The bank that issued your credit card will set the rate of currency conversion, contact the card issuer for information on your exchange rate. The good news for most international customers (particularly European customers) is that you have very favorable conversion rates-shopping with us is a bargain! Here's a currency conversion site that will give you a ballpark idea (it's not official).
